    The new restaurant will inhabit the rooftop of One Centuries Bridge, a retrofit riverside development at the north end of the Millennium Bridge. The structure includes roof yards designed by Chelsea Blossom Program gold medallist Andy Sturgeon.

    Founded by Sir Terence Conran in 1998, Coq d’Argent has inhabited the roof of the James Stirling-designed No. 1 Poultry building for practically three years.
